Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 when she gave up gymnastics. One year later at 17 she was awarded her professional card. So becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from the stage after earning her Pro Card to complete her university studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. She had already achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 she returned with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished in third place. In the summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for be a part of the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel's favorite body part to train includes her lower back. It is a combination of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine and the seated rows. The first step is warming up before going into exercises. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
