Angelica
Angelica Panganiban, a Filipino American actress and model who also serves as a TV hostess and comedian. The new queen of Drama by various media outlets Panganiban is recognized as one of the most experienced and talented actresses in the Philippines. She was the youngest ever runner-up and finished second in the competition. Angelica Hale fell ill at age 4 with pneumonia and strep due to an infection that was caused by bacteria. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston were where she was treated to treat her condition, which was lifesaving an ECMO-based, life-saving. Her condition became severe and she experienced several organ failures, including her kidneys, which failed to heal. The process of peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis later was her new norm. After nearly 80 days in hospital, from the point of death to a long journey to recovery she finally got home, however her life forever changed. Angelica, after a half-year of dialysis, and one year half-year of dialysis, was now set to undergo the biggest surgery of all: the replacement of her kidney. Her mother was the sole person who was able to donate a kidney. Angelica, along with her mother, went through a successfully kidney transplantation on September 13th 2013 in two amazing hospitals that were located right next to one another - Emory University Hospital & Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale's dream to be an international star has not waned.
